Why am I receiving 0 Daily Workout points?

I’m not receiving any daily workout points and I was was almost to gold status and have been dropped to bronze status. I can’t figure out what happened to all my points and gold status. I have deleted my Go365 app on my phone and redownloaded the app. I have reconnected my health app to connect to Go365. Still not receiving points.
