Not connecting to get points!!!!!!!!!!

No points since March 15. This new update has failed everything up. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I have unconnected and reconnected I’ve done everything. The points show up on the app as far as where my device is. They just don’t show up on the dashboard or anywhere else. What is going on? This is so frustrating. It happens way too often.
