I've attempted to log on with both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Whenever I attempt to log in on the website I am either sent back to the front page after entering my credentials or I am taken to the 2-step authentication page and when I complete that I am once again taken back to the front page as if nothing happened. If I try to log in through the "DirectConnectLogOn" page by going through this site, I am able to login but the dashboard shows nothing but the FAQ options, everything else is stating unavailable.
If I attempt to log in through the Go365 App I am get a window stating "Unable to log in at this time. Please try again later." I've tried every couple hours since 8AM EST this morning.
The regular Humana site works fine, so it isn't an issue with my account I don't imagine. I would assume this was due to maintenance but there's no post about the service being updated or being down at this time.
