password reset problem, says my information is inaccurate

I tried to Log in after I upgraded the go365 App, and it said my password/username was inaccurate  (even though I've never changed them and have them saved on a document with my other username/password combinations).  So, I tried to reset my password-  and it keeps telling me I am entering inaccurate info  (My birthdate, my account # or SS, etc). So I can't even reset the password   So frustrating!!!
