Two-Factor on iPhone Buggy

I’m not sure if my issue is caused by the new iOS update I installed today, though I was prompted to update my Go365 app afterward. The app is requiring two-factor, sends the code to my cell phone, but when I toggle from the Go365 app to my messages to retrieve  the code, when I get back to the app, the keyboard does not reappear so I can’t enter the code. Same thing happens when I change my two factor settings to my email. Toggling between the two on the same device causes the app to hang and the keyboard doesn’t open back up.
