I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times this week and it still does not work. This is really frustrating. I see it's a common question.... Any help is appreciated.
I am sorry for the delay. I am not seeing that Apple Health is connected to Go365. Can you please go into your Go365 Mobile app and reconnect Apple Health? Let me know when this has been completed?
just tried again. But that’s the whole issue. It won’t connect. I keep getting an error message that says “Health Connection Unsuccessful, there was a problem syncing your account to Apple Health.”

Sure, I have an iPhone XS, iOS 12.2. (I had an iPhone 7S until a couple of weeks ago, it still did not work)
