Steps are not syncing since March 22 not getting any points , when this problem will be fix.
Sorry for the delay. I can see that you are having steps uploaded to your account from your Shealth device. Are you refering to the Garmin device? Please be sure that you are syncing your Garmin to your Garmin Connect account frequently to avoid missing data.
Recently I notice that my steps are and go 365 are missing is not recording property, also I have to reset my galaxy watch and I lost 2,025 steps can that be credit on my account?
