I am not receiving points for my steps. My ”Verified Physical Activity- 5,000 steps achieved” has 0 points awarded. I have reached the 5,000 steps and my device is linked to the app.

Hi Kimberly! There is a current issue where that activity is not showing on the Go365 Mobile app. Please be assured your Points are awarded. You can verify by logging into an internet browser at www.go365.com and view your Statement.
I haven't been getting points for all my steps either. Haven't for a while.
