Steps not syncing after yesterday's (4/5) update

Last night I noticed my Samsung Galaxy phone had a pending update for the Go365 app.  Against my better judgment, I went ahead and installed it.  I had about 12,500 steps at the time and I haven't gotten credit for another step since.  The calendar on the Go365 site still shows me with 12,500 steps for yesterday and nothing at all for today.  I unlinked and re-linked Go365 and S-Health, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Go365, I tried restarting my phone, restarting my WiFi....  At this point I'm out of ideas.  Please help.
