For the last month or so SHealth seems to move from Connected Devices to Not Connected almost daily. I am not sure if the problem is SHealth or Go365. I don't sync any other apps with SHealth. I just sign in to Go365, notice that my steps haven't synched, then go reauth the device in App & Device Connections. It's pretty frustrating, and even though the other syncing issue is resolved, continues to happen. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge+ and everything was working fine for a long time, but now it just won't stay connected longer than a day.
