Is Samsung Health no longer supported?

My steps have no counted in Go365 since March 16. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Go365 app, disconnected and reconnected Samsung Health, installed available updates to Go365, and manual synced Samsung Health. None of these measures have worked. How can I get my steps counted?
