We are not receiving any data from your Fitbit account, so that is why you will not see steps updating in your active Challenges.
How do you typically sync your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account? If you have the Fitbit mobile app on your phone, you need to open the app and allow the data to sync. Go365 only receives the data that is synced to your Fibit account, we do not receive data directly from your tracker (that you wear).
