Go365 will not sink up with S Health. I have used S Health will no issues until 4/1 and that's when it stopped. I uninstalled Go365, oowered off/on phone. Downloaded Go365 again and tried to sink to S Heslth but it does nothing.
Can you please try this process one more time?
Delete Go365 app, restart phone, reinstall Go365 app. Once you are able to sign into the updated app, please follow the instructions below to reconnect S Health. It is very important that you toggle/turn on all categories, to allow all data types to be shared with Go365.

I followed the process described below again. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work because it will not allow me to add S Health. Please see screen shot as it doesn’t give me all the options shown on your document and it goes back to the previous screen, never connecting.
