This app is not working again. I've accumulated 18600 steps so far today and it's not being counted. This is frustrating! What is being done to resolve these continuous problems?
We apologize for any issues you are having on your app. Can you verify the issue where the app is not working? If it is regards to your device counting your steps we would advise disconnecting and reconnecting the device from and to Go365 to establish connection. Also suggesting deleting the app and re-downloading it to make sure it is up to date.
