I use samsung Health and it is synced with 365, however Ive been stuck at just over 2k steps in challenges for a couple of days. Ive walked over 8k steps today alone. I use a galaxy watch, however I also always have my phone in my pocket.

We would advise deleting the Go365 app, restart phone, reinstall Go365 app. Once you are able to sign into the updated app, please follow the instructions below to reconnect S Health. It is very important that you toggle/turn on all categories, to allow all data types to be shared with Go365.
