Fitbit Steps did not sync 3/24/19 - 4/1/19

My steps from Fitbit did not load between 3/24/19 and 4/1/19.  I followed the advised steps to uninstall and reinstall the apps, reboot the phone and or PC and wait several hours.  I have waited 24 hours and the steps still have not loaded to Go365.
