I just realized I'm not accumulating verified workouts. At one time the Planet Fitness blamed Go365 then I started accumulating but that stopped in August 2018 for some reason.

The last check-in we received was on 1/14/19. Do you still have the same key fob, or were you issued a new one? If you were issued a new one, then that information needs to be updated within the connection page online.
I think I have the same one. If not, do I need to update the information on the connection page or does Planet Fitness do that? In January I have a PDF I pulled from my Planet Fitness account showing other dates past 1/14/19 that are not accounted for.
You would need to update that on the connection page on your Go365 account. I have also submitted this information to your technical team for investigation. In the meantime, please be sure that you still have the same key fob number for PF.
