Unable to sync my data,using SHealth/an error:  "general exception occured"

I am unable to sync my steps on the Go365 app. I am using my Samsung Note9 and when I go to sync devices it gives my an error:  "general exception error occured". I have uninstalled and reinstalled Go365 twice today and made sure all permissions are "allowed". I also dont see SHealth in the list when trying to connect on my phone and on the website via my laptop. My steps are not being updated...and are not counting in my 100 Day Dash.
