Can't log in to go365. It takes me to my info. but keeps freezing.
I am sorry for the delay. have you been able to try another internet browser like chrome? When you enter in the code, are you able to check the box to remember this device?

I am sorry for the concern with your Go365 account. Are you logging into the Go365 Mobile app or the Go365 Website?
I was able to download app. and log in, but will not let me do it from my computer, in which I usually use.
I am sorry for the delay. I do not see an error on your account at this time. What internet browser are you using to login? You may need to clear your internet history and cookies.
I talked to someone on the phone and she had me do that, but it still would not work. I just tried it again on the computer and he still does not recognize the device. I have downloaded the app. and I am able to connect with it.
Is your computer a work computer with a possible firewall? Which internet browser are you using? Internet explorer can sometimes work better with the verification.
Are you able to use the internet browser on your phone?
I have used explorer before with the go365 on this computer. Started using it back in June of 2018 until maybe February of 2019. I just hadn't been on it in a few months and when I went back to log in, it said changes have been made. It hasn't worked for me since the changes and I just tried again to log in and it keeps saying it doesn't recognize my device. I don't know about the firewall, but my co-worker uses it on her computer just fine. We set ours up at the same time before.
I am sorry for my confusion before. With the new verification process, it will need to send you a verification code to either an email or through a text. Does it not offer you this option? Are you able to attach a screenshot of this screen?
Attached is what it does sometimes, then at other times it lets me get to where I receive the code, put it in, then it says does not recognize my device.
I tried that with a representative on the phone and it did not work.
