I haven’t been getting points for my steps since 4/3 so last night I unsynced Fitbit form Go365 and now can’t get it to resync it has been loading for over 2 hours, any ideas of what the problem might be? Thanks
I am sorry for the delay. Can you please take a screenshot of the error you are receiving? If you try and connect your Fitbit today are you still receiving the same error?
Thanks for getting back to me, I noticed on 4/11 that I had not been getting points since 4/3 so I removed Fitbit from Go365 and now when I try to resync it it just pops up a white screen that says loading, I’ve tried multiple times once was for over two hours
