I tried the steps to fix the problem with my steps not syncing and now I have nothing from 3/29 to today. Why are my steps not showing up?
Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading to Go365. Please let me know the total number of steps for each missing or incorrect day. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
