I have not received points for any of my workouts for the past week. Please assist
Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading to Go365. Please let me know the total number of steps for each missing or incorrect day. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
It's been every day now for a month. It logs workout activity with no points attached to them. I haven't received any points for anything I've done. Which is a substantial amount of points now.

Im now getting points for activities, but I lost all of my points I had previously earned. I had quite a bit stored up and they are all gone.
