I am sorry for the delay! When you uninstalled the Go365 Mobile app and reinstalled it, did it ask you to reconnect Apple Health? It's showing the last connection date of Apple Health being from 2015 so it has not been refreshed.
Can you please follow this process?
- Uninstall the Go365 Mobile app
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall the Go365 Mobile app
- Reconnect Apple Health

Hi! It can take 24-48 hours after logging in for the steps to sync. I can see that your steps are uploading with Go365!
Hi, Yes, They were not this AM, but now they are – I’m only seeing the last 3 days synced. How do I go about getting the back-dates steps?
