Steps from Apple Watch not syncing

my steps (and other data) from my Apple Watch are not syncing. i’ve tried deleting and re adding the go365 app twice to my phone, I’ve double checked data sharing permissions, I log into the app at least two or three times a week, i’ve removed the other step tracking app from the synced apps to go365 - help please!
