I‘m having trouble getting my Fitbit Inspire to sync and show my steps. I hook it up to my laptop and nothing happens. Is there a way to link this app directly with the Fitbit app also on my phone? The Fitbit app has all my step info.

I have the FitBit app on my phone, and it’s the FitBit’s been connected to GO365. I have the GO365 app on my phone as well. I hook the FitBit up to my laptop, but have only once gotten the steps updated on GO365. And that involved me doing an online chat with support. They did the update.

Hmm...if your Fitbit is connected to Go365, your steps should be posting.
So seeing the FitBit is connected to Go365, and the FitBit App on my phone shows the current step count, can’t the Go365 app just automatically sync up with the FitBit App?
Yes, Go365 "pulls" the data multiple times/day from Fitbit.
I wonder why mine’s not working that way then.
And even when I plug my fitbit into my laptop and sync through the go365 webpage, it literally takes 3-4 days for the steps to appear.
