When will the systems be working?

Still getting the same message. It's three weeks since my Go365 should have been active and I am unable to record my activities.
I believe I went through the two-step sign on process.
Since I do not have access to the account I am unable to check to make sure my information is correct.
I was dealing with someone who had to keep checking with IT to figure out the problem.
At one time my husband and I had the same email for Humana, Humana Rx and Go365, but I believe his has been changed.
It would be really great if I could get access to all of my Humana resources.
Sorry for my confusion Ray. I can see that you have a Medicare Policy. Please be sure that you are trying to log in through an internet browser, unfortunately the Mobile app will not allow you to login.
I am still unable to view the maintenance error on your page. Are you still receiving this error? Can you please try and clear your internet history before logging in?
I need some one to take the time and solve this problem. The error is not on our end.
The problem is that my husband (XXX) started Medicare and Humana and Go365 more than a year before me.
We have always used the XXX address for his accounts because that is our main email and I handle all computer related activities.
Because we liked the Humana plan, when it came time for my Medicare I wanted the same plan. I did sign up and start my coverage on April 1st.
I have been able to set up all the accounts for both Bill and myself except for the Go365 for me, and I've been working on it since April 1.
The problem as near as I can tell stems from the two-step authorization required for Go365. My user name for Humana and HumanRx is the email: XXX
When I tried the two-step authorization using that email I received an error notice because it was also Bill's email.
I may have tried to use one of our extra emails XXX to get through the process.
Now, if I use Bill's user name or the XXX email to sign onto Go365 I get Bill's Go365 account.
If I try and change his Go365 email to one of the extra emails so I can use XXX, I get an error message or I am told it is already in use.
If I try anything else with Go365 to find my account and/or sign on I get the "Please try again later" message.
Someone should be able to go into my Humana account, follow it through to the Go365 account and see what Go365 is trying to use for my username and email.
