I need Go365 to re-sync my steps for March and April. (Perhaps even further back). I noticed the counts are dramatically different from reality. I made a huge efort to get lots of extra steps in in advance of the dash. How do I make this request?

I know “you” Go365 had some issues downloading steps recently. I’m confident mine were impacted. I’m checking my Apple Health versus my Go365 Dashboard and it is markedly off. Example – one day shows me taking less than 2,000 steps. That has NEVER happened – haha. I walk everywhere.
I’m particularly aware of March and April as we prepared for the Dash and are in the Dash. Can my steps be rechecked? There must have been an issue – if the numbers were close, I’d be OK. But they are not. They are thousands of steps off on several days.
