Is there an ongoing issue with syncing with Samsung S-Health and go365?

Is there some sort of issue with the syncing with

S-Health and go365? I've walked over 9,000 steps, which is a lot considering I work a desk job, and I feel as though I have not been getting the correct credit for the activities done. Please advise.
