Is there some sort of issue with the syncing with
S-Health and go365? I've walked over 9,000 steps, which is a lot considering I work a desk job, and I feel as though I have not been getting the correct credit for the activities done. Please advise.
I'm having the same problem. For some reason I have to go to my S Health permissions and re-allow S Health information to be shared with Go365 every few days. I'm not sure what is turning the permissions off but it happens after every Go365 update as well.
Hi Rachel! Sorry for the delay. When your app updates, does it reinstall? Uninstalling and reinstalling can disconnect or disable the connection between Shealth and Go365.
