I cannot get my steps to sync since late March. I am using SHealth for tracking. I have uninstalled go365 app and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone and nothing is updating. Please help.
I am sorry for the delay. When you uninstalled the Go365 Mobile app, did it make you reinstall Shealth?
Can you please do the following?
Please be sure you have exercise and steps selected to be shared.
I have done all the steps above before and just did it again. I did figure
out that I needed to scroll down and select for it to read my steps.
Hopefully that will fix my problem. Will it go back and read the steps

Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading to Go365. Please let me know the total number of steps for each missing or incorrect day. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
