sime days I’m getting 9000+ plus steps but on the dashboard it’s show 0 points for 7500+ steps.
Why am I not earning points?
I am sorry for the delay! There is currently a known issue where the Points for that activity are not showing on the Go365 Mobile app. Please know that our IT department is working on it and your Points are being awarded. You can verify your Points on your Go365 Statement on the website or internet browser.

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time frame at when this will be resolved. Please know this is only on the Go365 Mobile app Statement. Your Points are awarded and will be showing through the Statement on www.go365.com.

I can understand the concerns with your activities. Currently this is still an active issue with the Go365 Mobile app.
These are awarded and have been added to your account. You can verify this by logging into your Go365 account on an internet browser and viewing your Go365 Statement.
