I just received a notice saying “If your Go365 account expires on April 30, you must spend you bucks by April 29th” How do I know if my program expires?
I am sorry for the delay. If your employer is no longer keeping Humana or Go365, then the program will not be available to you next plan year. This would also be the case if you were changing your insurance plan or switching from primary to a spouse or dependent.
As long as you are keeping the same employer and policy, it will roll over. Please know that all Bucks will roll over for up to three years if you are keeping the same policy.
