My app has not synced my steps in over a month. I called last month and someone had to upload my steps manually. I was told problem would be fixed in a few days. Still no sync since 3/28/19

Hi Sara! Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading to Go365. Please let me know the total number of steps for each missing or incorrect day. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
