Health app data for weight not transferring to Go365

The data from my weigh log has not been transferred to Go365.  I have checked in Account & Settings and app & device connections in Go365 and confirmed that the Health app from my iphone is a connected device.  I have also checked in the iphone health app, and I have given permission for Go365 to read data from sleep analysis, active energy, steps and weight. However, when I go to the actual data in the Health app and click on my iphone device, activities listed are “steps” and “walking and running distances”.  Weight and Sleep are not listed.Someone from Go365 said they would add my data manually so I can receive the weekly points for this past week for sleep and for weight, but I want to make sure it automatically transfers.  Can you help?
