Retrieve lost steps

I disabled my go365 on my iPhone, turned off phone, turned phone back on and reloaded go365. It gave me my ten points for monthly activity, but did not give me all my missing points from the past couple of weeks. Can I expect those points to reload eventually?

im so frustrated with this!
