Cannot log in even after successful password change.
Are you still receiving the error that username or password is incorrect after resetting your password?
Also, please be sure that you are using your username and password to sign in, not an email address.
If you are still experiencing issues, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
*Must use an internet browser other than Google Chrome when completing these steps; complete on a computer preferably, otherwise, an internet browser on smart phone*
Please retrieve your username by clicking "Forgot username?" and entering member ID (first NINE digits), name, date of birth, and zip code. Once you have verified your username, you can click on "Forgot password?" and enter your USERNAME, not email address. After you enter your username and click "Continue," you can enter your SSN, date of birth, and zip code. It should then allow you to successfully reset your password.
Once you have confirmed your UN and reset PW successfully, then attempt to sign into Go365.com on the web browser. After you enter your UN and PW successfully, it will prompt you to complete the 2-step process with an email. Email will be sent with a 6-digit confirmation code. You have 5 minutes to obtain the code and enter. You should then be able to sign in.
Once you are able to sign in on the web, attempt to access your Go365 mobile app as well.
