My fitbit steps haven’t loaded into Go 365 since April 4th. Need to know how to fix this or if it’s an App problem.
I can confirm that there is no step data on the Fitbit account you currently have connected with Go365.
Please sign into Fitbit.com with your email and password, to verify that you know the login credentials for the Fitbit account you have been syncing your tracker to. Once you have discovered the correct Fitbit email/PW combination, please disconnect the current Fitbit account from Go365, and reconnect using the correct email and PW.
How to connect your Fitbit
From there, you need to ensure that you are syncing your tracker with your Fitbit account at least once per week (opening the Fitbit mobile app and allowing the data to sync). Once your step data is on your Fitbit account, it will automatically transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
