Thousands of my bucks disappeared, even though I’ve never spent any. What happened? Will I get them back?
Sorry for the delay. Are you the spouse on the policy? All Points and Bucks earned will go to a family total. However, only the subscriber is able to spend any of the Bucks on the account. Please check with the subscriber on the account to see if any Bucks were redeemed.
I didn’t know our accounts were linked. Is there any way I can unlink the accounts?
Unfortunately, if you are on a family policy all of the accounts will be connected. There is no way to separate the accounts.
