I placed an order on 4/12, and received an email confirmation that it was placed and would be on the way. When I checked the order history today, it still says processing. Why?

Thank you for the response! It's now been 2 weeks and it still says processing. Should I contact Fitbit directly? I've ordered several devices through Go 365, and I've never had to wait this long.

Thanks! It’s now been 2 days and I haven’t heard a response. I had ordered this for my daughter’s birthday, which is today. I’m frustrated bc I’ve ordered several devices through Go 365, and have never had a problem. It still says processing on my order page, yet my points were deducted immediately. It will be 3 weeks on Friday that this was ordered. If I need to, I will contact Fitbit directly. Please advise.

I just spoke with a representative for Fitbit and they have received nothing on their end. He was able to tell me all my previous orders (done through Go 365). Again, they have received no order to be processed on their end. I would like this dealt with, as it will be 3 weeks on Friday.
Fitbit representatives are not able to locate the order on their end until is has been shipped (since the order is initially placed via our system). We have been internally working on this for you, and a response has been received from our Fitbit partners. I will send you a personal message with further information.
