After a horrible experience at Wal-Mart trying to use the Go365 shopper card, I commented on Twitter to Humana and Walmart that if both their logos are on this they should probably make sure people know what to do with it. Humana Twitter rep gave me instructions that were different than instruction on this community. Cashier plus two supervisors at Walmart couldn’t help. Received nothing for their lack of knowledge and complete waste of my time. No discount. No help. Twitter rep now told me I am to go on the community and report the Walmart. So where and how do I do that?
