I have deleted and reinstalled the go365 app several times and reconnected apple health, but still nothing.
I am sorry for the concern with your activities. Are you using Apple Health as a device? Currently I am unable to see any device connected to your Go365 account. Can you please provide a screenshot of your Apple Health connected to Go365 through your Mobile app?
I have an Apple Watch connected to Apple health.
