I ordered 2 Target gift cards and 1 Amazon gift card on 12/31/2018, order #11044098. I deleted the email with the links. The order is still on my history, but cannot retrieve the links. Could I please get those resent to me? Thank you.
The links will not be available on the Go365 Mobile app, however, they will be available in your Order History on www.go365.com. You can access this through the internet browser on your phone or a computer.
I tried that and all I see is information/data. Says string? I’m not sure what that is. I do not see a link. Thanks
I am sorry for my confusion. Do you see this under your order? If you select Shop, My Orders and select the order number, it will take you to the codes or links listed.
It has the order number and codes listed, but when I click on the codes, it just says copied to clipboard. Thanks
Are you accessing the codes from your Go365 Mobile app? Can you please try through your internet browser on your phone or a computer?
