The HealthKit tracking from the phone took over. This data is wrong. I called Go365 to get the HealthKit disconnected. I disconnected and reconnected my FitBit but I cannot delete the HealthKit Data or get the FitBit Data to upload. Help!!
I am sorry for the concern with your Daily Workouts. To disconnect Apple Health, you will need to uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, restart your phone and reinstall. This will remove the Apple Health from your account.
It is not necessary to remove it, you will be awarded the Points for whichever one is higher. If you walk 3000 steps with Apple Health and 10,000 with your Fitbit, it may show 3 Points first and then update to the 10 Points once the steps from your Fitbit sync.
I deleted and reinstalled Go365. I disconnected all The tracking apps, and then just added FitBit back. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the FitBit app and made sure Go365 is authorized through the FitBit app.
My steps for April 7 - April 24 are not syncing and the data from HealthKit is still showing.
How is can I correct this?
Thank you for that information. When you reconnected your Fitbit to Go365, did you allow all data to be shared? I can see that it is connected, however, we are not receiving the step data. Are you using a tracker with your Fitbit or manually logging the workouts?
