Why has the app been down for months now? This is terrible way to run a business

I’ve tried using the app for months. It takes my significant but will not show my dashboar. It keeps saying it’s down for maintenance or there was an error lading my info. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading it. This is unacceptable for this long of period of time. I have months of workouts and activity to add so I have enough points to get a bike. What’s the deal?
