what is the verified physical activity, and what does it always say 0?
The verified physical activity will normally go along with a recommended activity to encourage you to be more active.
There is currently an issue that our IT department is working on that shows that activity awarded as 0 Points in the Go365 Mobile app. This is only an issue on the Go365 Mobile app, the Points are being awarded and you can verify them on your Go365 Statement on the web browser on a computer or your phone.
