I was out of town last week and during that time I was not awarded points for my steps. They do show on my Fitbit app. Any idea why I would have this gap?
Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading to Go365. Please let me know the total number of steps for each missing or incorrect day. I would be happy to take a closer look for you! Please be sure to sync your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account at least once per week to avoid missing information.
It actually appears to have loaded now. I am traveling again this weekend so I will be sure I continue to check it . It doesn’t appear any adjustments need to be done at this time. Thank you for your response.
