My go365 app is consistently saying that there are errors whenever it tries to load any of the screens and its not updating my steps.

I apologize for the frustration. What type of error are you receiving? Are you able to provide a screenshot of the errors? Do the errors occur after logging in or do you get them while you are in the app?
On the dashboard screen the error is "sorry, we were unable to load the resources at this time. Please try again". On the activities screen the error is "a general exception has occurred". On the shop screen the error is "there was an error processing your request".

I followed the steps, uninstalling go365 from my phone and then shutting my phone off. Reinstalling go365 after I rebooted my phone and now apple health won't connect to my go365. I attached a screenshot of this and of the other errors I've been getting even with uninstalling and reinstalling.
