Worked for a couple days after uninstalling and reinstalling app, but it’s not working again.

We apologize for any issues you are having with your device. Did you disconnect the device and reconnect it back to Go365? Also, did you allow all from Apple Health to register data to Go365? If not, we would suggest doing a disconnect and reconnect with Apple Health and making sure to allow all. The reason we recommend this is because we only can pull data from 4/23/19.
Yes, all that's been done. This issue has been going on for months and I'm not the only one having issues, from what I'm seeing in the forums.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app probably 6 times now. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone, installed the app, did the log-in process, then reconnect to Apple Health.
I'd like to get points for my missing days, 4/23 - 29,255 steps, 4/24 - 81,253 steps, 4/25 - 22,420 steps.
This issue started after the 2-step verification came out.
We are sorry. Once the proper steps are taken to connect the Apple Health to Go365 steps should come over automatically without issues. We have awarded for the dates provided.
