I have received no points for exercise since 4/16 when I changed phones. Updated my iPhone and attached watch but no points for exercise coming through????
If you recently got a new phone, it could be trying to pull the steps from the old phone. Can you please follow the process below?
This will refresh the connection and make sure that the steps are coming from the new phone.
