I have a fit bit and it was last synced on 4/13/19. I have disconnected and reconnected the device but it is not syncing to go 365. Pls help, i am loosing my points. Thanks.
I had a chat online yesterday with one of the representatives and he assured me that my points will be loaded in 24hrs. i look forward to seeing that happen.

I am sorry for the delay. Are your steps showing on your Fitbit account? Did you recently get a new phone or Fitbit device?
Can you log into your Fitbit account on the computer with the email and password that you used to connect your Fitbit account to Go365. Please be sure that you are not connecting with Facebook or Google information.
