Further, the message states that I need to create a new password, but doen't direct me to where. I have accepted the new conditions thru Humana. What's the problem?
I am sorry for the concern with your Go365 account. To change your password, select Sign In and then forgot password. It will ask you to verify your information and then it will let you change your password.
I have tried to do just that multiple times and this is the message I get:

up and running. Please visit Go365.com to help find what you need.
I am entering my Humana Member ID as well as my date of birth and zip
code, but continue to get the same message.
