I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling on my phone with no luck. Any assistance in getting these programs to work together again would be greatly appreciated.
When you uninstalled and reinstalled, did it ask you to reconnect Shealth? It could still be trying to pull from the old phone.

Sometimes restarting the phone can complete the disconnect. Please let me know once that has been completed.
I completed the steps listed above. However, I did not have to reconnect the SHealth app (it was already listed as a connected device.
Edit: I did disconnect and reconnect SHeath as well.
I performed the requested steps. However, SHealth was already connected even after reinstalling Go365 and my phone restarted.
Sorry for the delay. If it was still showing connected after reinstalling, it might not have refreshed the connection. When you uninstalled the Go365 Mobile app, did you restart the phone and then reinstall?
Yes I did. I actually did it a second time this weekend and it is still not sync’ing (unless it syncs weekly).
